Description
Practice sword made of wood – Norman
Handy hand and a half sword made of mango wood. It is well suited for learning the correct sword cuts.
Mango wood has the good property of being light but still having good density, which makes it strong and durable. Another characteristic of mango wood is that it is smooth to the touch.
Details of the wooden practice sword:
Material: wooden handle
Blade length: approx. 85cm
Length: approx. 105cm
Weight: approx. 350g
WARNING: This practice sword is used for the safe rehearsal of movement sequences and also withstands occasional blows. However, in “cinematic” fights, wood can and will break blade to blade. But that also happens with some steel blades if you fight with them improperly. For heavier demands we recommend our black PP practice swords although no sword is designed to be intentionally slashed blade to blade.
